Search SECPlus Advanced Filings in Checkpoint

You can use the Advanced SEC Filings Search to search by keyword in SECPlus content.
  1. Select from the navigation bar.
  2. Select .
  3. Select
    SECPlus Advanced
    .
  4. Enter any
    Keywords
     you want to use or select the
    Thesaurus/Query Tool
     if you want a more advanced keyword search.
  5. Choose one of the following search options to include in your search results:
    • Complete filings (Base Form with Exhibits)
    • Selected Sections only (non-selected sections excluded)
    • Base Forms only
    • Exhibits only
  6. Optional: use any of the additional fields to narrow your search.
  7. Select
    Search
  • For search results that have the XBRL feature in the document view, select
    IXBRL
     to view a detailed description of various kinds of financial statements. You can select the line items in the XBRL window for additional information. To view all the financial statements at once, select the
    All Reports
     tab.
  • Select
    Filing Info
     in a search result to open its filing information.
