Fixing undefined session durations in Checkpoint
Sometimes, you may have a session duration of "undefined". Follow these steps to correct the data.
- Create a Time Tracking Billing report and export it to Excel.
- Open the report in Excel.
- Find the session durations that are "undefined" and change them to the correct value.
- Save the file.
- Import the data into your external time and billing system.
