Search Credits & Incentives Pinpointer by address in Checkpoint

Use the Credits & Incentives Pinpointer to get tax incentive information for a U.S. address.
  1. Open
    Tools
    .
  2. Select
    Credits & Incentives Pinpointer
    .
  3. Choose
    Search by Address
    .
  4. Enter the full
    street
    address
    ,
    city
    ,
    state
    , and
    zip code
     for the location you're searching for.
  5. Select
    Search
    .
    A table with addresses matching your search terms will appear. If incentives are available, there will be an option to View them for each address. If no incentives are found, the Incentives column will display "N/A".
  6. Select
    View
     next to an address to see the available incentives.
On the search results page, you have the options to:
  • View contact information for each jurisdiction, including email and a website URL.
  • See the credit options by
    Credit Type
    .
  • Use
    Show Non Location Specific Federal and Statewide Credits & Incentives
     that affect the address chosen.
  • Print, export, email, save, or copy your search results.
