Compare changes between primary source documents in Checkpoint Edge
Compare changes between two directly related primary source documents such as the Internal Revenue Code, Treasury Regulations (Temporary, Proposed or Final) and IRS Rulings, Notices and Procedures.
For example, if you want to compare a newly released Final Treasury Regulation with the previous proposed version to see what has changed, you can use the Compare Changes feature to see a side-by-side view of the two documents with the differences highlighted for comparison.
