Export multiple documents in Checkpoint

  1. Select the checkboxes next to the documents you want to export, then
    Export selected documents
    Export selected documents
     .
  2. Choose the export format (the default format is selected):
    • HTML
       (.HTML, images not supported)
    • MS Word
       (.DOC)
    • PDF
       (.PDF)
    • RTF
       (.RTF)
  3. Choose
    Yes
     or
    No
     to export documents in a .ZIP file.
    • If you try to export 10 or more documents, they will only export as a single.ZIP file.
    • Exporting multiple documents in a .ZIP file is recommended because it shortens the length of time the export process takes.
  4. Select
    Export
    .
    1. If your documents take longer to export because of their size, you may see the option to
      Minimize and Continue with Research
      . When the export finishes, you'll receive a notification onscreen to access the files from an
      Exports
       menu that will appear.
  5. Select
    Download
     to save the exported documents.

    2. Open the
      Exports
       menu.
    3. Select
      Download
       for your export.
