Save a document in Checkpoint

You can save documents in folders in Checkpoint
Edge
 so you can quickly find them again without having to search for them.
note
The maximum number of saved documents and saved searches combined is 1000.
You can save a document when you have it open or from a search results page.
  • Save from a Search Results screen
  • Use the checkboxes to select each document, then use Save selected documents to the current folder
    Save
     to put the document in your current folder, or Save selected documents to a folder
    Save As
     to choose another folder.
  • Save from a document
  • Select Save this document to a folder
    Save this document to a folder
    , then select
    Save
    .
  • If you want to save the document in a different folder, select
    Choose Folder
    , choose a different one, and
    Save
    .
