Work with Interactive Practice Aids
Interactive Practice Aids have a context pane where you can get an outline of the Practice Aid template. Use this pane to go to different sections of the Practice Aid by selecting any of the titles.
The Practice Aids contain interview questions and additional content. Answer the guided questions to progress through the interview.
- You can remove a selected answer by selecting thexnext to the answered question.
- Some interview questions have additional relevant guidance. Select a button to view the guidance. In some cases, you'll have the option to include the guidance in the assembled Practice Aid.
- Unanswered Practice Aid fields are marked with 3 asterisks when exported or printed.tipYou can print a "blank" Practice Aid without the asterisks by exporting to RTF (Rich Text File), then performing a search and replace of the asterisks in Microsoft Word.
The toolbar at the top of the Interactive Practice Aid interface has a number of options:

  | Navigate to the previous or next question. |
 | Save the Practice Aid answers to a folder. |
 | Import answers from a previously saved Practice Aid in a folder to fill unanswered question fields. |
 | Print the Practice Aid from your PDF Reader. |
 | Export the Practice Aid to DOCX or PDF. |
 | Preview the completed or in-progress Practice Aid. |
 | Start over and launch a new instance of the interactive tool. |
