Search SEC Correspondence in Checkpoint

You can use SEC Correspondence to access real time content from SEC Plus on the Accounting, Audit & Corp Finance page.
  1. Select
    Accounting, Audit & Corp Finance
     from the navigation bar.
  2. Select
    Citation and Other Search Tools
     in the
    Search
     section
    .
  3. Select
    SECPlus Advanced
    , then
    SEC Correspondence
    .
  4. Choose the letter type you want to include in your search and a filing date.
  5. You can narrow your search with Underlying Forms, SIC/Industry Codes, Company Names, CIKs, Ticker Symbols, Law Firm, or Accountant/Auditor.
  6. Select
    Search
    .
If you select a document from your search results, you can select
Source Filing
 and
SEC Letters
 to view related items if available.
