Use citations, codes, and case names to search international sources.
  1. Select
    International
     from the navigation bar.
  2. Select
    Citation and Other Search Tools
     in the
    Search
     section
    .
  3. Select
    Find by Citation
    .
  4. Choose from a list of citation sources:
    • Code & Regs
      : contains current code, final, temporary and proposed regulations, preambles to final regulations (TD), and preambles to proposed regulations.
    • Cases
      : contains search by case name, tax court summary opinions, and more.
    • Rulings
      : contains revenue rulings, notices, general counsel memo, and more.
    • IRS Pubs & Other Tax Docs
      : contains IRS Publications, tax court rule, Treasury Department Circular 230, and IR news releases.
    • More...
      : contains Actions on Decisions (1967 - Present), Executive Orders, Internal Revenue Code, Treasury Regulations, and more.
