Error forwarding to the following page of type: goto

This error stems from improper Options Wizard configuration. Follow the steps provided to reconfigure the wizard correctly.

Scenario

You may get the following error message when trying to access a Tool from the Checkpoint
Home
 page. This error message indicates a configuration issue with the Options Wizard.

Cause

The error is caused by an improper configuration of the Options Wizard.

Solution

  1. Go to the Checkpoint
    Home
     page.
  2. Go to the Options section.
  3. Select
    Options Wizard
     in the Go To section.
  4. Complete all steps (1-10) in the Options Wizard, then select
    Finish
    .
  5. Sign out of Checkpoint and close your browser.
  6. Reopen Checkpoint and sign in again.
