Inventory Cutoff

This workbook provides for the documentation of tests to determine the accuracy of a client's inventory shipping and receiving cutoff procedures.  

Entering Data

For the summary information at the bottom of both worksheets to calculate correctly, the first and last columns of the worksheets must be completed for each test item.
On both worksheets, the last column requires a specific response, so the cells within these columns have been “validated” to prevent the user from inputting the wrong type of information. Each cell that is validated includes a down-arrow for the user to select. Once selected a drop-down list appears to provide the user with the different response options to choose from.

Inserting and Deleting Line Items

For both sections of each worksheet, additional rows may be added or excess rows may be deleted. See the section “General Workpaper Functionality and Tips for Entering Data” for information concerning the tips for and potential effects of inserting and deleting workbook line items.
