Error: Radio buttons not selecting in workpapers

Radio buttons in workpapers may not respond due to Microsoft Excel Trust Center settings. To resolve this, update your ActiveX settings in the Excel Trust Center.

Scenario

Radio buttons in Checkpoint Tools workpapers aren't selectable.

Cause

Your Microsoft Excel Trust Center settings may be restricting ActiveX controls, which prevents radio buttons from functioning correctly.

Solution

Follow these steps to update your Excel Trust Center settings:
  1. Open Excel and select
    File
    Options
    .
  2. In the
    Options
     window, select
    Trust Center
    , then
    Trust Center Settings
    .
  3. In the
    Trust Center
    , select
    ActiveX Settings
    .
  4. Make sure the
    Prompt me before enabling all controls with minimal restrictions
     checkbox is marked.
  5. Select
    OK
     to confirm, then select
    OK
     again to save your changes and return to your document.
After updating these settings, try selecting the radio buttons again. This should resolve the issue.
