Groups in Checkpoint User Administration

You can use the List Groups
screen to view a list of all of the groups in your account. The following information shows for each group:

Group Name

Assigned Users

To access the screen, select List Groups
from the User Groups section on the Home page.

You can filter the group list by different types of information with the Filter
. Do the following to use the Filter
:

Select a Filter By
category using the dropdown. If you leave the filter as Group Name
, the list will be filtered across all categories.

In the Term
field, enter the word or value you want to filter the list by, such as a specific group name.

Select Filter
to filter the list. The list will be redisplayed with only results matching your filter remaining visible.

Select Clear Filter
if you want to clear the filtered list and go back to the full group list.

You can also sort the group list by group name. Select the column title to sort either ascending or descending by group name.
