Edit users

You can use the Edit Users screen to change the following information for each user:
  • User Name
  • First Name
  • Middle Name
  • Last Name
  • E-mail Address
  • Group
  • Privileges
  • Location
  • Cost Center
Do the following to edit a user's information:
  1. Go to the Users tab, select the user's name, then select
    Edit
    .
    • You can also mark the checkbox for the user and then select
      Edit Users
      in the Action Bar.
  2. In the Edit Users screen, double click a cell to edit the information in it.
  3. Select
    Done
    to save your changes.
  4. Select
    Home
    to return to the Checkpoint User Administration Home screen when you're finished.
