Model a user account after another user

You can use the
Model User
 feature to assign orders, groups, and Checkpoint preferences to new users based on the orders, groups, or Checkpoint preferences of existing users.

Selecting a model user is an optional step but it can save you time, especially if you have a lot of users to add.
  1. Select
    Assign Model Users to Account
     from the action bar of the
    Model Users
     tab.
    A user list will show
    User Name
    ,
    First name
    ,
    Last Name
    ,
    E-Mail Address
    ,
    Group
    ,
    Created Date
    ,
    Privileges
    , and
    Orders
    .
  2. Select the radio buttons to assign the user as the model user for the account.
  3. To assign a model user for an account, select the radio button next to the user name.
  4. Select
    Done
     to save your changes.
  5. Return to the Home screen. The assigned model user name should be visible on the
    My Account Screen
     under the
    Model Users
     tab.
