Idle session timeout
As a CoCounsel administrator, you can set the idle session timeout interval for your organization after which users will be logged out automatically and must sign in again for access. This gives administrators greater control over session activity, ensuring a secure and efficient user experience.
Access user permissions
CoCounsel administrators can access the idle session timeout by going to the
Admin
settings from the navigation menu and selecting Idle timeout
.Default and custom settings
Initially, by default, the idle session timeout is set to 90 minutes, and administrators can change it to 60 minutes or 30 minutes. These session timeout settings only apply when accessing CoCounsel from CoCounsel Standalone: https://cocounsel.thomsonreuters.com.
