Request administrator role

Only people with CoCounsel Administrator access can see
Admin Settings
from the CoCounsel application.

Assign CoCounsel administrator role

If you don't have CoCounsel administrator access, contact your firm administrator to assign the CoCounsel application administrator role via the Self-Service Portal or MyAccount.
To assign the administrator role, firm administrators need to select the
CoCounsel Administrator
checkbox for the staff member requesting the role.

If your firm is not set up for MyAccount or Self-Service Portal or no one within the firm is nominated as MyAccount or Self-Service Portal administrator, this can be set up by contacting Customer Service:
