Databases management

If you're using the new version of CoCounsel, turn off the new version toggle to access and manage this feature.
As a CoCounsel administrator, you can view and manage databases created across your organization, while normal users can only see databases they created or those shared with them.
Administrator capabilities
CoCounsel administrators can:
- Delete databases if needed, even those owned or created by others.
- Review and adjust the sharing level on a specific database for security purposes.
- Review and manage files within a database.
