As a CoCounsel administrator, you can set a policy banner to display important AI policies or guidance to your users whenever they access CoCounsel. This ensures that users are informed and aligned with your organizational policies, enhancing compliance and awareness across your organization.
Access user permissions
CoCounsel administrators can access the policy banner settings by going to their user profile from the sidebar, then selecting .
Set up the policy banner
- Initially, by default, there is no active message set.
- Administrators can enter text for the policy or guidance message and turn on the banner.
- Once set, the banner will be displayed to users once a day upon sign in when using CoCounsel.
