Work with large workspaces
A workspace can store up to 10,000 files, but only 200 can be referenced within a single conversation. If your workspace holds more, choose which files to use.
Complete the following steps to select files for a conversation.
- Start a conversation in the workspace.A message appears if the workspace contains more files than 1 request supports.
- SelectAdd filesin that message or use theAttachbutton.
- Select up to 200 files relevant to your request, then confirm your selection.
- To add more files later, select theAttachbutton, selectThis workspace, and choose the files you want to add.noteYour selection applies for the rest of the conversation, so you don’t need to select files again for follow-up messages.
