Learn to upload files to CoCounsel

There are various places in CoCounsel where you will have the option to upload files.

When the upload window appears:

You may drag and drop files anywhere in the dotted area.

To locate files on your device to upload, select Select files

When all the files are added, select Upload
. CoCounsel will upload the files.

When you are done uploading files, select Done
. CoCounsel will add the files.

File upload limitations
Category	Details
File types:	.pdf, .doc, .docx, .eml, .htm, .html, .msg, .rtf, .wpd, .txt
File size:	20 MB - per file for TXT, HTM, HTML, RTF file types. 500 MB - per file for PDF, DOC, DOCX, EML, MSG, WPD file types.
Files amount:	200 files

File content limitations
Category	Details
Handwriting	Generally, if a human can read the handwritten text, then CoCounsel should also be able to read it. This means CoCounsel’s ability to read handwritten text can vary, depending on legibility.
Tables	CoCounsel can struggle with reviewing content in tables.
Embedded images	CoCounsel can read text in images that are embedded in approved file types, like a .pdf or .docx file, but CoCounsel does not see images. For example, if there is a picture of a stop sign by a farm, CoCounsel is able to read the word stop, but will not understand the agricultural context.
