Move a chat to a Matters folder
This feature can be used for complex and large cases requiring efficient information retrieval and assessing the level of work done for billing information purposes.
- Go to one of your chats.
- Select the 3-dotted icon
, and then Move chat. - Select a matter folder in theMove to...section and thenMove chat.
