Upload files from your device to the chat

You can upload files from your device in the chat window on the CoCounsel screen:

Select Attach
then Upload from your device
.

You can drag and drop files into the space or select the file, then Open
.

The files will be staged in the chat window, ready to be used for running in skills that supports document uploads.

File upload limitations

Supported file types: PDF, DOC, DOCX, EML, MSG, WPD, PAGES, PPT, PPTX, TXT, HTM, HTML, RTF.

Maximum file count: Up to 200 files can be uploaded at once.

Maximum file size: Individual files must be under 500MB and 2000 pages. TXT, HTM, HTML, RTF are limited to 20MB.
