Manage files in your database

Learn to manage the files in your databases
  1. Select
    Databases
     from the sidebar.
    The Databases window will appear.
  2. Select
    [your database]
    .
  3. Use the options to manage your database:
    1. To upload more files, select the button
      Upload
      .
      The upload window will appear.
      1. Drag and drop files anywhere in the dotted area, or select
        Select files
         to navigate files and folders on your device.
      2. When all the files are added, select
        Upload
        .
        CoCounsel will upload the files.
      3. When you are done selecting and uploading files, select
        Done
        .
        CoCounsel will add the files to the database and reopen your database.
    2. To delete files, use the checkboxes, then select the button
      Delete
      .
      The delete files window will appear.
      To continue, select
      Delete
      .
      The files will be deleted.
    3. To refresh the list of files after an upload or deletion, select the button
      Refresh
      .
    4. To search the filenames in your database, type a search into the box
      Search
      .
    5. To filter the files in your database, select the button
      Filters
      .
      The filters sidebar will appear.

Deleted files will be permanently removed from CoCounsel. This cannot be undone.
