Share databases

Do the following to share databases with members of your organization:

  • Organization Administrators can manage the viewers and editors of databases created by members.
  • Only Organization Administrators will be able to share databases you don't own. Your members will only be able to share and view permissions for databases they create. This will provide more controls and security for client and confidential documents contained in your database.
  1. Select
    Databases
    from the sidebar.
  2. Go to the
    Actions
    column in the Databases table and select the 3-dot kebab icon.
  3. Select
    Share
    from the dropdown menu.
  4. Enter the email address of a member or multiple members in your organization. Note: You can only share databases with other members of your organization.
  5. Choose 1 of the following options for the members to indicate database rights:
    • View only
      : Member can view the database.
    • View & upload
      : Member can view the database and upload additional files to it.
  6. Select
    Share
    .
  7. On the Databases page, you can double check who you've shared your database with by selecting the chevron icon in the Shared With column in the table.
