Upload files from external DMS to a database

Import existing files from an authorized DMS connector directly into a database, eliminating re-uploads.

You can select files from your DMS connector and upload them to a database:

Select Databases
from the sidebar.

Open a database, then select Upload from external DMS
then New upload
.

Choose a connector from the list, then Select connector
.

Your DMS connector must be authorized and integrated with CoCounsel to view the files from your DMS.

Mark the checkbox next to each file you want to upload then select Upload

Files from your DMS connector will show in your database. You may need to refresh your browser for the files to update and reflect in your database.
