Access matter settings

Learn where to access matter settings

In CoCounsel, find and select a matter. The matter will open.

Select Matter settings
. The matter settings window will appear.

Make changes to the matter, then select Update

To rename the matter, edit Name
.

To add an optional matter description, edit Description
.

To add an optional matter ID, edit Matter ID
.

To archive the matter, select Archive matter
.

To delete the matter, select Delete matter.

important

When a matter is deleted it will be permanently removed from CoCounsel, and all chats and files in the matter will be lost. This can't be undone.
