DMS integrations
Today, CoCounsel customers need to download documents from DMS systems to local computers and upload them manually to AI Assistant/Databases. With DMS integrations, CoCounsel admins can enable connections to existing DMS systems like iManage (On Prem, Cloud), NetDocuments, SharePoint, and HighQ. Using these connections CoCounsel users can upload documents directly to AI Assistant/Matters/Databases.

Share databases with individual users
You can now share the databases (collections of uploaded documents) you’ve created with members of your organization for viewing. Organization Administrators will have the ability to manage the viewers and editors of databases created by members.
