Deep Research

Deep Research is available on the new Westlaw Advantage, part of the CoCounsel Legal solution. Today Deep Research is grounded in Westlaw and Practical Law content, but in the future, it will integrate customer content.New Integration - Litigation Document Analyzer
Litigation Document Analyzer is a new Al-powered tool designed to strengthen and validate your facts and memoranda. Litigation Document Analyzer quality-checks final drafts, revitalizes past winning arguments with fresh insights, identifies key authorities, verifies quotations and citations for accuracy, and saves time by generating a comprehensive Table of Authorities.
Litigation Document Analyzer has the following features in CoCounsel Core:
- Comprehensive mischaracterization detection: Identifies potential misrepresentations of law throughout an entire brief.
- Strategic argument analysis: Creates a clear overview of opposing arguments, complete with potential counterarguments and supporting legal authority.
Litigation Document Analyzer is available in the U.S. with a Westlaw Advantage or CoCounsel Legal subscription.

Knowledge Search is a powerful tool within CoCounsel that revolutionizes how users can find and utilize content across various sources by simultaneously searching all of their main content repositories. This allows users to streamline their workflow for drafting, doing research, and applying Al skills to their documents.

These new releases are designed to help legal professionals work more efficiently by streamlining complex, multi-step projects. Developed by Practical Law editors and legal experts, the workflows enable your clients to complete end-to-end tasks, not just individual tasks - helping them achieve results faster with less effort.Draft an Employment Policy
The Draft an Employment Policy guided workflow is designed to streamline how you draft and revise employee policies by integrating Al skills with our trusted Practical Law content for greater drafting efficiency and accuracy. Customers can use CoCounsel to create a new policy document or revise their own existing employee policy. There are 3 policies currently available with plans for an ever-expanding future library.
Draft a Privacy Policy
Finding a great starting point when working on a privacy policy is critical to efficient drafting. Customers can use CoCounsel to create a new policy document or revise their own existing privacy policy. With CoCounsel, you can reduce manual effort and use Draft a Privacy Policy to handle the tedious task of tailoring your policies as required by your clients or stakeholders.
Draft SOAP Report from Medical Records
The Draft SOAP Report from Medical Records workflow is designed to transform complex medical documentation into a structured summary using the SOAP format-Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan. This approach is widely used in healthcare and is now applied in legal contexts such as personal injury, medical malpractice, and insurance cases to streamline case preparation. Respond to Discovery Requests
The Respond to Discovery Requests workflow automates the first draft of written responses to discovery requests such as interrogatories (ROGs), requests for production (RFPs), and requests for admission (RFAs). This workflow leverages Practical Law templates, and Al-driven analysis to ensure responses are tailored to the case context provided by the user.

Update Contract Terms streamlines the process of updating an existing contract with new terms from a term sheet. Simply upload your precedent agreement and theterm sheet, and CoCounsel will apply the changes while preserving the original ... structure and formatting. It reduces manual editing, ensures accuracy, and maintains legal consistency throughout the document. Ideal for corporate counsel, procurement teams, and law firms, this feature saves time and minimizes risk when customizing agreements.
