New - Quick Check: Identifying Mischaracterizations
Quick Check is a tool designed to help legal professionals verify the accuracy of legal citations and quotations in documents. It can identify mischaracterizations of case law, ensuring that quotes are true to their sources. Quick Check is available to existing Westlaw Precision customers that have access to CoCounsel.
New - AI Jurisdictional Surveys
AI Jurisdictional Surveys provide comprehensive surveys of statutory and regulatory law across multiple jurisdictions. It can cover all 50 states, federal law, and several U.S. territories. AI Jurisdictional Surveys are available to existing Westlaw Precision customers that have access to CoCounsel.
Document Management Systems: Syncly Enhancements
Navigating your DMS is now faster and more intuitive with improved access to recent and favorite files, matters, and folders. Additionally, support has been added for advanced search across Documents, Folders, and Matters in iManage.
Summarize Enhancements
We’ve improved the Summarize skill in our legal AI to deliver even cleaner, more focused page-by-page summaries. The latest update now automatically excludes the following information from page-by-page summaries:
- Table of Contents
In addition, our AI will recognize when a page only contains references, such as endnotes, footnotes, and citations. These pages can be excluded through a simple request in the chat. These enhancements ensure that summaries highlight only the most relevant content, helping users quickly grasp the core information without distractions.
