Practice tips
- Select the relevant jurisdiction using theEditbutton. Choose 1 state plus federal, if relevant.
- Enter the fact pattern for the legal claims you want to explore.
- The skill will provide a list of potential claims (statutory, common law, or constitutional) supported by the fact pattern with a detailed description of the legal requirements and an application of the law in the relevant jurisdictions to your facts.
- The skill will tell you which claims require additional facts for support.
- Outputs include links to cited sources in Westlaw.
- Use the tabs to filter results by jurisdiction (for example, Federal versus State) and by claims that areSupportedor haveAdditional facts needed.
