Contract Policy Compliance
, CoCounsel can determine whether your contracts or agreements include all necessary provisions as required by one or more policies, for example, anti-assignment provisions and governing law clauses.
CoCounsel will review your documents, identify relevant clauses and any conflicts with the provided policies.
In the case of non-compliance, CoCounsel will suggest revised clauses and identify potential risks associated with non-conforming clauses.

Make sure your policies are clear and well organized.

Contract Policy Compliance
will analyze each contract document you uploaded to compare the text of the contract with the policy provisions you entered.
For each contract, the skill will identify clauses that are relevant to the policies you provided and determine whether the identified clauses follow your specified policy criteria.
CoCounsel will flag any clauses it finds to be non-compliant and suggest revisions to align them better with your policies.
The final output will include a list of warnings for each policy/contract pair, indicating whether the contract complies with the relevant policy.

Download the analysis in Word or Excel. You can download redlined Word documents with tracked changes turned on with the suggested onscreen edits, or you can copy the results to paste elsewhere.

Limitations to keep in mind

Enter at least 1 policy.
Unless you need all your results in a single table, you may find it helpful to reduce processing time by dividing your contract review into chunks (for example, upload 5 at a time instead of 50).
The redlining feature can be used with uploaded DOCX file types only. PDFs and other file types are not supported.
Individual files can't exceed 500MB.
You can upload up to 200 files for each skill run.
Results are AI-generated and should be verified for accuracy.
