- The table will contain footnote references that, when selected, will open and identify the relevant provision of the agreement from which the information was extracted.
Limitations to keep in mind
- This skill may take a few minutes to run.
- This skill currently works well for relatively simpler templates. While it can handle templates with multiple tables well, if individual tables contain more than 2 columns, or if the template contains complex data with non-tabular formatting, it may be difficult for CoCounsel to replicate the template style. However, the skill will still pull the requisite data from the agreement.
