Draft an Employment Policy
workflow uses Practical Law expertise and content to customize your policy based on the requirements you choose and provides information on the drafting choices made with links to Practical Law guidance.
Practice tips
Select the workflow from the CoCounsel Library, or instruct CoCounsel in the chat: "I need to draft an employee policy."
Use the dropdown to select a

If you are revising an existing policy, use the
Upload
button to upload your policy document.
In the
Company details and instructions
field, include information to describe your company, such as employer name, number of employees, locations of employer and employees, along with any other details to help tailor your policy.
Select
Draft policy
.
CoCounsel will draft an employment policy, which will contain links to a summary of changes, with notes on how CoCounsel has amended the Practical Law Standard Document or your uploaded policy, based on your instructions. For a policy based on your uploaded content, the changes will be redlined.
The summary of changes further contains links to the underlying Practical Law resources that guided CoCounsel to make its drafting choices for ease of reference.
You can download the policy with or without the summary of changes. If you choose to include the notes, they'll appear as comments in Microsoft Word.
