Quickly update a precedent or template agreement with a term sheet.

This skill lets you update deal terms in a contract or contract template.

Select the skill from the CoCounsel Library, or instruct CoCounsel in the chat: "I would like to run Update Contract Terms
."

Upload your term sheet and your template or contract, using the Select file
button.

CoCounsel will output a 1st draft of the contract with new terms applied and redlined.

This skill works best with short-form agreements under 50 pages.

Term sheet uploads are limited to PDF, DOC, or DOCX files.

Template/contract uploads are limited to DOCX files.

Individual file size is generally capped at:

20MB per file for TXT, HTM, HTML, or RTF files

500MB for PDF, DOC, DOCX, EML, MSG, WPD, and ZIP files
