important
Being a company administrator lets you manage who has access to a client. It doesn’t give you access to the client's work. To refer to a client's projects or use the client in a conversation, you must be added to that client as an owner or collaborator.
Manage client access
- Client owners and company administrators can add users to a client from theClient Settingspage.
- Each user is assigned the role of owner or collaborator.
- Adding a user to a client gives them access to all projects under that client.
- Owners can create projects within their client. Collaborators can't.
- Client SettingsandProject Settingsboth show a notice that project permissions come from the client.
- Company administrators can create many clients at once and assign them to users by downloading and completing the Excel template in the bulk client creation flow.

To get access to a client's work, ask another client owner or company administrator to add you from the
Client Settings
page.- Once you're added:
- The client and its projects appear in your lists.
- You can use the client in conversations.
