Use Conversations within Client/Project context
- Within the project context, selectStart a conversationin the menu orNew conversationto create a new conversation with that project context.

- Before you send the first message, you can remove the context by selectingX. This will clear your changes and set the conversation to be created in your private user collection.
- Conversations within the context will be able to use mentions (@) across projects you have access to within that client.
- Once your new conversation is created, it will be visible to everyone who has access to that client and project context.
- Conversations should be scoped to the context and should answer questions based on that project.
- Adding a file to a conversation within a project will add it to the project's Conversations folder.
- At this time, files added to a project are not subject to the global document retention settings within CoCounsel.
- At this time, files within the CoCounsel Knowledge Base can't be accessed inClientsandProjects. Files will need to be uploaded from your device to be added to a specific .
note- If you are invited to another team member's client and that client contains projects with Conversations, then you will be able to see those conversations in a read-only format, regardless of whether you created them or not.
- Conversations you have within a context will also show up in your CoCounsel Conversation History.
