Use Workspaces within Client/Project context

  1. Go to
    Workspaces
     within the
    Client
    Project
     context to create a new workspace.
    • When you create a new Workspace, it will live within the
      Client
      Project
       context.
    • Similar to Conversations, you can remove the context before creating the workspace. If you do this, it will clear your current progress.
    • Workspaces within Project contexts can access client files and the current Project files.
    • If you add a file to a Workspace in a Project context, it will be added in the Project files.
      • At this time, files added to a project are not subject to the global document retention settings within CoCounsel.
      • At this time, files within the CoCounsel Knowledge Base can't be accessed in Clients and Projects. Files will need to be uploaded from your device to be added to a specific Client.
