Manage your Thomson Reuters account

After migrating to CIAM, your CoCounsel Tax and Audit profiles have become Thomson Reuters accounts, which centralized your access to the other products you've purchased.
With the update, you can now manage your account details, including your name, email address, and security settings. To access your account, do the following:
  1. Select
    Settings
    My Account
    .
    The new user profile page will open in the center pane.
  2. Select
    Manage account
    .
    Your Thomson Reuters account will open on a new screen.
  3. On the
    Profile details
     tile, select
    Edit profile
     to edit your first and last name.
    note
    CoCounsel doesn't use preferred language settings.
  4. On the
    Security details
     tile:
    • Select
      Edit email
       to edit your email.
    • Select
      Edit password
       to change your password.
    • Select
      Manage verification
       to edit your 2-factor authentication settings.
  5. When you save, CoCounsel Tax and Audit will inherit the changes.
