Print tax returns to CoCounsel

You can print 1040 and 1120 PDF returns from UltraTax CS directly to CoCounsel. Before you begin, make sure you have set up the CoCounsel integration.
You need to import the client in CoCounsel before printing their tax return from UltraTax CS. Skipping this step produces the following error: 
No CoCounsel client mapped to UltraTax client_id.
  1. In CoCounsel
  2. Select
    Account
    , then
    Organizational Settings
    .
  3. On the
    Integrations
     tab, within
    Active integrations
    , select
    Modify
     for
    UltraTax CS
    .
  4. Select the UltraTax CS client or clients you want to import.
  5. Select
    Bulk actions
    , then
    Import
    .
  6. In UltraTax CS
  7. Select the
    Print
     icon from the toolbar, or go to
    File
    , then
    Print Returns
    .
  8. Select
    Preparer Copy
    .
  9. Select
    CoCounsel
    .
  10. To send multiple returns, select
    Clients
    , choose the clients you want to include, then select
    OK
    .
  11. Select
    To CoCounsel
    .
A confirmation message displays the number of tax returns successfully sent to CoCounsel.
