Troubleshoot Sharepoint integration

Refer to the following to troubleshoot your Sharepoint integration.

Files not visible

CoCounsel will sync your files at the start of your integration connection and then once every hour thereafter. If you don’t see the files from your integration immediately in your library, it could be that the sync is still happening. This process can take several hours. If your files are still not displaying, please reach out to CoCounselTaxAudSup@thomsonreuters.com.
Make sure that the user performing the sync has permissions in box to view the folders selected in the integration.

Empty Sharepoint library with no files

The user setting up the Sharepoint integration needs to be a Sharepoint administrator, otherwise the permissions from Sharepoint may not fully sync, and the folders might not map correctly to your organization. This could cause only some files to show.
