Set up Suralink

Prerequisites:
  • You'll need to be a CoCounsel Admin to set up the Suralink integration for your company.
  • You'll need access to your company’s Suralink access key.
  • Depending on the type of permissions used in your Suralink account, you may need access to download the Suralink client permissions sheet from your Suralink account.
Do the following to set up Suralink for your organization:

Integration settings

  1. To view the integration settings in CoCounsel, sign into CoCounsel and select your username on the bottom left hand side of the page. Select
    Settings
    ,
    My Account
    , then
    Integrations
    . Go to the Suralink tile and select
    Configure
    .

Get your access key from Suralink

  1. Go to your Suralink firm page.
  2. Go to
    My Firm
    , then select the
    Integrations
    tab.
  3. Set up a new integration.
  4. Copy the access key from the new integration you set up in Suralink.
  5. Paste the access key into step 1 of the Configure Suralink Integration page within CoCounsel.
  6. Select all of the engagements you'd like to include for your users to access within CoCounsel. You can view who would have access to each engagement by hovering over
    Who Has Access
    .
  7. Once saved, users with access in your account will start seeing the selected Suralink data they have access to.
