UltraTax CS integration

Connect your firm's UltraTax CS practice to CoCounsel to import clients, sync return data, and send preparer copies without retyping anything.

What it does

  • Clients:
     Import UltraTax client names and contact details into CoCounsel as clients and projects.
  • Return data:
     Pull structured field values (such as filing status, income, and deductions) from a client's encrypted UltraTax return XML for use in Ready to Advise.
  • Preparer copies:
     Export a preparer's-copy PDF directly from UltraTax's print window into the client's CoCounsel project.

Authentication

CoCounsel and UltraTax authenticate to each other with machine credentials—no user is required to enter an UltraTax username or password.
