Advisory setup: Playbook library

Learn how to manage the playbook library and create custom advisory playbooks for your firm.
The playbook library contains all advisory playbooks available for your firm.
  • Foundation playbooks:
Thomson Reuters creates and maintains Foundation playbooks. Your firm can't modify them.
  • Custom playbooks:
Your firm creates Custom playbooks for use within your firm.
All staff can access the library to view details about each playbook, including its intended client base and included strategies. Only firm administrators can turn playbooks on or off for the firm and add custom playbooks.

Turn the playbook library on or off (Admin only)

Use the
Library on/off for firm
toggle to make playbooks active or inactive for the firm.
When the playbook library is turned off, no playbooks are recommended when staff create new client projects. This doesn't affect playbooks that have already been applied to existing projects.
