Multi-user access and history

Ready to Review (R2R) supports multi-user access by default. If a client is shared with multiple team members, they can all access the return simultaneously.

  • Changes made by 1 user are visible to others in real time.
  • There is no automatic “lock-out” feature.
  • Coordination among team members is important to avoid conflicts.
While R2R tracks high-level actions, detailed user history (for example, who opened a return, when, and for how long) is not currently displayed.

Enhanced user history tracking is under consideration, including:
  • Detailed access logs
  • Rollback capabilities
  • User-specific action trails
