Give support access

Make sure your administrator turns on this feature to enable Thomson Reuters support access for your account, letting our support teams to assist effectively when needed.
Follow these steps to give the Thomson Reuters support team permission to sign in to user accounts for troubleshooting and issue resolution.

  2. Find the

    option.
  3. Switch to
