Description:
The depreciation of an asset for a specified period using the fixed-declining-balance method.

Parameters:
Parameter | Data Type | Description |

1 | Number | The initial value of the asset. |
2 | Number | The salvage value at the end of its useful life. |
3 | Whole Number | The useful life of the asset in years. |
4 | Whole Number | Any period within the life of the asset. |
5 | Whole Number | The number of months in the first year. |
