IsLessThan Operator
Description:
Test that a first value is less than a second value, where the ordering of values is determined by their datatype:
- Boolean:false < true
- Number:numerical ordering
- Date, Time:chronological ordering
- Text:Comparison of corresponding characters by their Unicode value
- List:Comparison of corresponding list members by their datatype
