Time Function
Description:
Construct a time value for a given hour, minute and second.
Returns:
Time
Parameters:
Parameter | Data Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
1 | Whole Number | The hour in the range 0 (midnight) to 23 (11 pm). |
2 | Whole Number | The minute in the range 0 to 59. |
3 | Whole Number | The second in the range 0 to 59. |
