Customising Terms of Service and Privacy policy

Customising the Terms of Service

If your license allows it, you can define the URL for your custom Terms of Service that Contract Express will display to all new users.
To add custom Terms of service:
  1. Go to
    Admin
     >
    License
    .
  2. Check
    Add custom terms
     checkbox.
  3. Enter the link to custom terms into
    Custom terms of service URL
     field.
    note
    The link should be HTTP Secure (begin with https) and should not point to a file.
  4. Check
    Show Terms for users who have not yet accepted it
     to require terms acceptance from users, who have not yet accepted them. These users will be able to use Contract Express only after accepting the terms.
  5. Click
    Save
     button at the top of the page to save the changes.
  6. If you want existing users to re-accept new terms,
    click Require all users to re-accept terms of service
     button.
As a result, upon next login, all users will see the new terms and will be required to accept them before being able to continue with their use of Contract Express.

Customising the Privacy policy

If your license allows it, you can define the URL for your Privacy policy.
To add custom Privacy policy:
  1. Go to
    Admin
     >
    License
    .
  2. Check
    Add custom privacy policy
     checkbox.
  3. Enter the link to custom terms into
    Custom privacy policy URL
     field.
    note
    The link should be HTTP Secure (begin with https) and should not point to a file.
  4. Click
    Save
     button at the top of the page to save the changes.
